What we collect

Your account: email address and username.

Your orders: products bought, payment status and delivered keys. Payments are handled by Stripe, PayPal or the crypto network; we never see your card details.

Discord, if you link it or use our bot: your Discord ID, username and roles, and the messages you send in tickets.

Technical data (IP address, browser and device type, connection times) is logged automatically. It is used only to protect accounts and payments against abuse, and to meet our legal obligations: in case of fraud or a request from the competent authorities, it may be shared with them. It is never used for advertising or profiling, and is kept only as long as needed for these purposes.

Why

To deliver your orders, run your account, give your Discord roles, answer support tickets and protect the site. Nothing else.

Our Discord bot

The QUAIL bot reads messages on our server only to run tickets (payment codes, support), remove scam links and relay the in-game chat channel. Messages are not stored, except ticket transcripts kept for support.

Sharing

We never sell your data. It is only shared with the services that run QUAIL (payments, hosting, Discord) when needed, or with the authorities when the law requires it.

Cookies

Only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and keep your cart. No ads, no trackers. We count the steps of an order (pages opened, buttons clicked) to fix what blocks buyers: no IP, nothing shared.

You can ask to see or delete your data at any time: open a ticket on our Discord.
